This class is designed for all levels β especially beginners, anyone who has never tried yoga, or those returning after a break. Itβs also perfect for people who want to restore and recharge in the middle of the week.
Gentle Yoga focuses on slowing down, stretching, breathing deeply, and relaxing the body and mind. Expect simple, supportive movements that reduce stress and leave you feeling grounded, calm, and renewed.
Bring: yoga mat, water, comfy clothes, optional block, and a warm layer.
