Classes

Group Yoga Class: Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 PM at the Girdwood Community room - August through November 2023. ~ $15 per person. **

Group Yoga Class: Fridays, 9:00 - 10:00 AM at the Girdwood Community room - September through November 2023. ~ $15 per person.**

** No group yoga on October 27, November 10 & 24 ** 

*** Drop ins are always welcome at group classes! *** 

Bring your mat, water, block and strap (if you have it).

Private Yoga Class: 30 minutes - $40, 1 hour - $80 

Small Group Yoga Class (private home, 7 or less people): $20 per person, per hour

At each yoga class, you can expect the following:

• Bring a consistent opportunity for people to gather to practice yoga and learn a variety of asana for everybody. 

• Vinyasa flow, incorporating breath and movement, strength and flexibility, yin and yang.

• Focus inward to the body to see what needs attention.

• Let out what doesn’t serve you through breath and movement - pranayama.

• Bring in healing energy with breath to support what needs attention.

• Thank yourself for showing up for self-care, acceptance for where you are today.

• Create heat through movement – tapas.

• Treat yourself with kindness in your mind and movement, internally and externally – ahimsa.

• Surrender to the moment.

• Be mindful of where you are today.

Class focus and intentions:

• Full body strength building – core, back, legs, arms, hands, feet.

• Stretching and recovering for skiers and runners, active lifestyle.

• Knee pain and mindfulness.

• Heart opening.

• Mindful of moon phases and seasons.

• Breathwork and breath practice.

• Freedom to move for your body.

• Balance, strength, flexibility, breath.

• Acceptance of where you are today.
